  1  1    Amend House File 2530 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 26, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  A commitment not to engage in any
  1  5 telemarketing practices in violation of rules adopted
  1  6 by the board.  The board shall adopt rules
  1  7 establishing restrictions on telemarketing if the
  1  8 board deems such restrictions to be in the best
  1  9 interest of the public."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
