1 3 #1. By striking page 1, line 3 through page 5,
1 4 line 13, and inserting the following:

1 7 "Sec. . STUDY AND REPORT. The loess hills
1 8 development and conservation authority shall study the
1 9 feasibility of incorporating the powers and duties of
1 10 the Missouri river preservation and land use authority
1 11 established under chapter 463B within the loess hills
1 12 development and conservation authority. The loess
1 13 hills development and conservation authority shall
1 14 report its findings and recommendations to the general
1 15 assembly pursuant to section 7A.11 not later than
1 16 January 1, 2001.""
