  1  1    Amend Senate File 2241, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  216.10A  UNFAIR
  1  6 PRACTICES – WEARING APPAREL.
  1  7    It shall be unfair or a discriminatory practice for
  1  8 any owner, lessee, sublessee, proprietor, manager,
  1  9 agent, or any employee of any public accommodation, to
  1 10 refuse or deny access to any public accommodation or
  1 11 service, to any person based upon the brand name of a
  1 12 person's wearing apparel."
  1 13    #2. Title page, by striking lines 2 and 3, and
  1 14 inserting the following:  "and relating to expanding
  1 15 the Iowa civil rights Act."
  1 16    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
