  1  3 line 2, and inserting the following:  "approved

  1  5    #2.  Page 4, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "aa.  Evidence of passing the national commission
  1  8 on certification of physician assistants examination
  1  9 or its successor examination."
  1 10    #3.  Page 4, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "assistants" the following:  ", in consultation with
  1 12 the board of medical examiners".
  1 13    #4.  By relettering as necessary.
