1 2 #1. Page 1, line 4, by striking the word "five"
1 3 and inserting the following: "eleven".
1 4 #2. Page 1, line 10, by striking the word "and".
1 5 #3. Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word
1 6 "counties" the following: ", and two members
1 7 appointed by the governor. In addition, the
1 8 commission shall include four members of the general
1 9 assembly with not more than one member from each
1 10 chamber being from the same political party. The
1 11 majority and minority leaders of the senate shall each
1 12 appoint one member. The speaker and minority leader
1 13 of the house of representatives shall each appoint one
1 14 member. Not more than one member of the commission
1 15 shall reside in the same county".
