1 31 presidents shall appoint one member.
1 32 (4) The administrator of the division of community
1 33 colleges and workforce preparation of the department
1 34 of education or the administrator's designee.
1 35 (5) The director of the department of workforce
1 36 development or the director's designee.
1 37 (6) The director of the department of economic
1 38 development or the director's designee.
1 39 (7) The president of the senate, after
1 40 consultation with the majority leader of the senate,
1 41 shall appoint one legislative member.
1 42 (8) The minority leader of the senate shall
1 43 appoint one legislative member.
1 44 (9) The speaker of the house shall appoint one
1 45 legislative member.
1 46 (10) The minority leader of the house of
1 47 representatives shall appoint one legislative member.
1 48 (11) The speaker of the house shall appoint a
1 49 representative from a manufacturing operation that
1 50 utilizes community college services.
2 1 b. A legislative member is eligible for per diem
2 2 and expenses as provided in section 2.10.
2 3 Appointments to the task force are subject to the
2 4 requirements of sections 69.16 and 69.16A.
2 5 c. The plan shall be submitted to the state board
2 6 of education for approval and adoption. However,
2 7 prior to adoption, the plan shall be submitted to the
2 8 joint subcommittee on education appropriations for
2 9 review. By January 1, 2001, and at least every five".
