  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "3.  This section shall not apply to persons who
  1  5 are participants in the athletic contest and who are
  1  6 under the age of nineteen or who are nineteen years of
  1  7 age or older and are enrolled in a secondary or
  1  8 alternative school."
