  1  1    Amend House File 2374 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  REVIEW BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.  The
  1  5 attorney general shall investigate and examine any
  1  6 compensation and benefits received by the president or
  1  7 employees of the Iowa housing corporation since 1991
  1  8 which is in addition to any salary and compensation
  1  9 received by the president and employees from the Iowa
  1 10 housing corporation."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "authority" the following:  ", an investigation
  1 13 by the attorney general".
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
