  1  1    Amend House File 2470 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  Section 815.9, subsection 9, Code
  1  5 Supplement 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    9.  If any costs and fees are not paid at the times
  1  7 specified under subsections 4 and 5, a judgment shall
  1  8 be entered under section 910.2 against the person for
  1  9 any unpaid amounts."
  1 10    2. By renumbering as necessary.
