1 4 "franchisee." the following: "A determination of
1 5 whether the duty of good faith with respect to a new

1 7 to the provisions, standards, and procedures in
1 8 subsection 6.
1 9 11A. EXCLUSION. For purposes of this section,
1 10 "franchise" does not include a contract under which a
1 11 franchise relationship is established with respect to
1 12 retreaded tires and related equipment used for
1 13 commercial vehicles."
