  1  4    #1.  By striking page 2, line 45, through page 3,

  1  6    #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "#   .  Page 23, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "   .  The extent to which any part of the proposed
  1 11 project meets the definition of vertical
  1 12 infrastructure in section 8.57, subsection 5,
  1 13 paragraph "c".""
