  1  1    Amend Senate File 445, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  SUBSIDIZATION REPORT.  The state racing
  1  6 and gaming commission shall report to the general
  1  7 assembly not later than September 1, 2001, the amount
  1  8 of cross subsidization occurring at racetrack
  1  9 enclosures with pari-mutuel and gambling game
  1 10 operations.  The report shall include all revenues
  1 11 received at the racetrack enclosures from their
  1 12 operations and a comparison of the amounts given in
  1 13 the charitable contributions.  The report shall
  1 14 include revenues and contributions reported for the
  1 15 fiscal year ending June 30, 2001."
