  1  2    #1.  Page 11, by striking lines 7 through 10 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "   .  For construction of an addition to McCollum
  1  5 science hall at the university of northern Iowa:  
  1  6 FY 1999-2000...................................... $          0
  1  7 FY 2000-2001...................................... $ 10,000,000
  1  8    It is the intent of the general assembly that in
  1  9 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and ending
  1 10 June 30, 2002, the remainder of the funds necessary to
  1 11 complete the addition to McCollum science hall will be
  1 12 appropriated to the state board of regents."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
