1 1 Amend House File 769 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 1, by striking line 19 and inserting the
1 3 following: "estate for five years from the date the
1 4 declaration submitting the parcel to a horizontal
1 5 property regime was recorded or as long as the
1 6 apartment is used for human habitation, whichever date
1 7 occurs the earlier. Following that date, the
1 8 apartment shall be classified as required under
1 9 section 499B.11, subsection 1."
1 10 #2. Page 1, line 30, by inserting after the word
1 11 "estate" the following: "for five years from the date
1 12 the declaration submitting the parcel to a horizontal
1 13 property regime was recorded or".
1 14 #3. Page 1, line 31, by inserting after the word
1 15 "habitation" the following: ", whichever date occurs
1 16 the earlier. Following that date, the apartment shall
1 17 be classified as required under section 499B.11,
1 18 subsection 1".
