1 2 #1. Page 1, line 19, by inserting after the word
1 3 "habitation." the following: "However, if such
1 4 apartment would be classified as commercial property
1 5 pursuant to the rules of the department of revenue and
1 6 finance for the assessment year beginning January 1,
1 7 2000, the taxable value of the apartment for that
1 8 assessment year and subsequent assessment years shall
1 9 be increased by twenty percent until such time as the
1 10 taxable value of the apartment equals the taxable
1 11 value of the apartment if it was assessed as
1 12 commercial property and at such time the apartment
1 13 shall be classified according to the rules of the
1 14 department of revenue and finance."
1 15 #2. Page 1, line 31, by inserting after the word
1 16 "habitation." the following: "However, if such
