  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1635, to Senate File 449, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 47 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "   .  The center for new Iowans and workforce
  1  7 development centers established under chapter 84B
  1  8 shall not refer a legal immigrant or foreign national
  1  9 to an employer who has been publicly identified as
  1 10 having hired illegal immigrants within the preceding
  1 11 four-year period."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
