  1  1    Amend Senate File 449, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  The center for new Iowans and workforce
  1  6 development centers established under chapter 84B
  1  7 shall not refer a legal immigrant or foreign national
  1  8 to an employer who has been publicly identified as
  1  9 having hired illegal immigrants within the preceding
  1 10 four-year period."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
