  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "4A.  LIMITATIONS ON FRANCHISE SALES.  A franchise
  1  6 shall not be offered for sale or sold in this state if
  1  7 the franchise agreements or business methods of the
  1  8 franchisor violate this section."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
