  1  1    Amend Senate File 324, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "9A.  PRICING.  It shall be unlawful for a
  1  6 franchisor to increase the prices of goods provided by
  1  7 the franchisor which the franchisee had ordered for
  1  8 retail consumers prior to the franchisee's receipt of
  1  9 a written official price increase notification.  This
  1 10 subsection does not apply to price increases caused by
  1 11 a need to conform with state or federal law, the
  1 12 revaluation of the United States dollar in the case of
  1 13 foreign-made goods, or pursuant to the franchise
  1 14 agreement."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
