1 6 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 12 through 15 and
1 7 inserting the following: "analysis which shall
1 8 include the economic benefits to the city derived from
1 9 the multiplier effect of the salaries of state
1 10 employees employed in the city and the purchase of
1 11 goods and services used by state agencies located in
1 12 the city."
