1 3 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 27 through 30 and
1 4 inserting the following: "simple misdemeanor. In
1 5 addition to any other penalties, the punishment
1 6 imposed for a violation of this subsection shall
1 7 include assessment of a fine of not less than two
1 8 hundred fifty dollars nor more than one thousand five
1 9 hundred dollars."
1 10 #2. Page 2, line 7, by inserting after the word
1 11 "jurisdiction." the following: "In addition to any
1 12 other penalties, the punishment imposed for a
1 13 violation of this subsection shall include assessment
1 14 of a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars."
