  1  1    Amend House File 721, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 8 through 10 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "assessment.  A voting
  1  5 member of the council shall not be a salaried employee
  1  6 of the council or any organization or agency receiving
  1  7 moneys from the council."
  1  8    #2.  Page 2, line 14, by striking the word "All"
  1  9 and inserting the following:  "All The council shall
  1 10 provide a bond for all".
  1 11    #3.  Page 2, by striking line 15 and inserting the
  1 12 following:  "shall provide a bond in an amount
  1 13 required by the council."
