1 2 #1. Page 6, by inserting after line 27 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . The title guaranty division in the Iowa
1 5 finance authority shall reduce the rates charged for
1 6 an owner's guaranty, a lender's guaranty, and the
1 7 various endorsements that will be offered by the
1 8 division. The reduction in rates shall be by an
1 9 amount of no less than fifty percent based upon the
1 10 rates published by the division, and made available to
1 11 mortgage lenders, and in effect on March 22, 1999.
1 12 The reduction in rates shall be implemented by the
1 13 division on the effective date of this Act."
1 14 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
