  1  2    #1.  Page 17, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "e.  Of the full-time equivalent positions
  1  5 authorized pursuant to this subsection, filling 88.30
  1  6 full-time equivalent positions shall be contingent
  1  7 upon the termination of the existing Iowa veterans
  1  8 home contract for dietary services, and the hiring of
  1  9 state employees to perform dietary services at the
  1 10 Iowa veterans home."
