1 13 If an acquiring agency acquires property by
1 14 condemnation, or by otherwise exercising the power of
1 15 eminent domain, and that property is later sold by the
1 16 acquiring agency for more than the acquisition price
1 17 paid to the landowner, the acquiring agency shall pay
1 18 to the landowner from whom the property was acquired
1 19 the difference between the price at which it was
1 20 acquired and the price at which it was sold by the
1 21 acquiring agency less the cost of any improvements
1 22 made to or benefiting the land by the acquiring
1 23 agency.""
