1 2 #1. Page 2, by inserting after line 8 the

1 4 "Sec. ___. Section 327F.39, Code 1999, is amended
1 5 by adding the following new subsection:
1 6 NEW SUBSECTION. 5A. HOURS OF SERVICE FOR DRIVERS.
1 7 The director shall adopt rules relating to the maximum
1 8 number of hours of service which can be provided by
1 9 persons who are employed by or under contract with a
1 10 railroad company to provide transportation for
1 11 railroad workers to and from their places of
1 12 employment or during the course of their employment."
1 13 #2. Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
1 14 words "relating to" the following: "railroads by
1 15 regulating hours of service for persons providing
1 16 transportation for railroad employees and".
1 17 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
