  1  1    Amend House File 350 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 13, by striking line 18 and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "Beginning with For the fiscal year years
  1  4 beginning July 1, 1997, and July 1, 1998,".
  1  5    #2.  Page 13, line 21, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "division." the following:  "Beginning with the fiscal
  1  7 year beginning July 1, 1999, there is appropriated
  1  8 annually from the general fund of the state four
  1  9 million dollars to refund the credits allowed under
  1 10 this division."
