  1  2    #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 9 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "i.  The business is predominantly engaged in a
  1  5 targeted industry as described in section 15.329,
  1  6 subsection 2, paragraph "b", with the exception of
  1  7 subparagraph (2).
  1  8    j.  It is the intent of the business to provide
  1  9 long-term attractive compensation packages with many
  1 10 of the compensation packages for owners and employees
  1 11 to be risk and venture based with a focus on future
  1 12 returns."
