  1  1    Amend House File 112 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 368.11, Code 1999, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new unnumbered paragraph
  1  6 before unnumbered paragraph 3:
  1  7    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  Plans required by this
  1  8 section to be filed with a petition shall include
  1  9 specific information pertaining to estimated costs of
  1 10 implementing the plan, the time frame involved in
  1 11 implementing the plan, and any other specific
  1 12 information related to implementing the plan."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
