  1  1    Amend House File 651 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 7, line 34, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "chapter." the following:  "However, if a vehicle
  1  4 exceeds the overall gross weight allowed for the
  1  5 vehicle by twenty percent and exceeds the allowed
  1  6 weight on a single axle or a particular group of axles
  1  7 by twenty percent, a fine shall only be assessed
  1  8 pursuant to this paragraph for the overall gross
  1  9 weight violation."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
