H.F. 2281 - Providing for the mandatory recording of certain residential real estate installment sales contracts, providing a penalty, and providing for the Act's applicability. H.F. 2454 - Relating to motor vehicle operator proof of financial responsibility and providing an effective date and for retroactive applicability. H.F. 2473 - Providing for mediation in disputes involving agricultural producers. H.F. 2495 - Relating to the conduct of elections in the state. REPORT OF THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE MADAM PRESIDENT: Pursuant to Senate Rule 21, I report that in enrolling Senate File 2383, the following corrections were made: 1. Page 4, lines 21-25, the following were changed: "(1)" to "a", "(2)" to "b", "(3)" to "c", "(4)" to "d" and "(5)" to "e".
