  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2320.

  Senator McKean offered amendment S-5750, filed by Senators
  McKean and Halvorson from the floor to amendment S-5541 to
  House amendment S-5359, and moved its adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-5750 to amendment S-5541
  be adopted?" (S.F. 2320), the vote was:

  Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
  express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
