  excursion gambling boats, prohibiting gambling licensees from
  allowing the loaning of money by credit card or other electronic
  means for gambling purposes, and imposing a scheduled fine for
  gambling by persons under twenty-one years of age, and House
  amendment S-5359, deferred April 7, 1998.

  Senator Gronstal called up the motion to reconsider the vote by
  which amendment S-5541 to House amendment S-5359 to Senate
  File 2320 failed to be adopted by the Senate, filed by him on April 7,
  1998, found on page 1125 of the Senate Journal, and moved its
  adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question, "Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted?"
  (S.F. 2320), the vote was:

  action on amendment S-5541 to House amendment S-5359 and
  Senate File 2320 be deferred.
