With the withdrawal of amendment S-5396, the Chair ruled amendment S-5413, filed by Senator Fraise on March 30, 1998, to page 1 of the bill, out of order. Senator Rehberg moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?" ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up for consideration Senate Resolution 114. Senator Bartz took the chair at 4:19 p.m.
