  With the adoption of amendment S-5678 to amendment S-5631,
  the Chair ruled the following amendments out of order:

  S-5700 filed by Senator Connolly from the floor to amendment
  S-5631;

  S-5701 filed by Senator Connolly from the floor to amendment
  S-5631; and

  S-5693 filed by Senator Dvorsky from the floor to amendment
  S-5631.

  Senator Dvorsky asked unanimous consent that action on
  amendment S-5631 and House File 2533 be deferred.

  Senator Dvorsky withdrew his request.

  Senator Szymoniak offered amendment S-5668, filed by Senators
  Szymoniak, et al., on April 14, 1998, to amendment S-5631, and
  moved its adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-5668 to amendment S-5631
  be adopted?" (H.F. 2533), the vote was:
