SENATE RECEDES House File 2136 Senator Gaskill called up for consideration House File 2136, a bill for an act relating to agricultural drainage wells, by extending the date for complying with certain requirements, amended by the Senate, and moved that the Senate recede from its amendment. A non-record roll call was requested. The ayes were 24, nays 19.
