  On motion of Senator Neuhauser, House File 667, a bill for an act
  relating to the Iowa administrative procedure Act and providing
  an effective and applicability date, with report of committee
  recommending amendment and passage, placed on the Unfinished
  Business Calendar on March 26, 1998, was taken up for consideration.
