  Senator Neuhauser offered amendment S-5392, filed by Senators
  Neuhauser, et al., from the floor to page 2 and the title page of the
  bill.
  Senator Lundby took the chair at 11:30 a.m.

  Senator Neuhauser moved the adoption of amendment S-5392.

  A non-record roll call was requested.

  The ayes were 24, nays 20.

  Amendment S-5392 was adopted.

  President Kramer took the chair at 11:41 a.m.

  Senator McKibben moved that the bill be read the last time now
  and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote,
  and the bill was read the last time.
