  House File 2487

  The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2487, a bill for an
  act relating to the fines and penalties and other requirements
  applicable to the sale of alcohol and providing an effective date, and
  amendment S-5309 by Senator Hammond to page 1 of the bill,
  deferred March 23, 1998.

  Senator Hammond asked and received unanimous consent that
  action on amendment S-5309 be deferred.

  Senator Angelo offered amendment S-5350, filed by him from the
  floor to page 1 and the title page of the bill and moved its adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-5350 be adopted?" (H.F. 2487),
  the vote was:
