House File 2527 On motion of Senator McKibben, House File 2527, a bill for an act providing for victim rights, providing for penalties, and an effective date, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Hammond offered amendment S-5290, filed by her on March 19, 1998, to page 29 of the bill and moved its adoption. A record roll call was requested. On the question "Shall amendment S-5290 be adopted?"
