IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that House Files 530 and 2429 be immediately messaged to the House. CONSIDERATION OF BILL (Regular Calendar) Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up for consideration House File 58. House File 58 On motion of Senator Palmer, House File 58, a bill for an act relating to fees charged by an employer for copies of items in an employee's personnel file, with report of committee on Business and Labor Relations recommending passage on February 18, 1998, and report of committee on Ways and Means recommending passage on March 4, 1998, was taken up for consideration. Senator Palmer moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
