President Kramer took the chair at 1:41 p.m. House File 2262 On motion of Senator King, House File 2262, a bill for an act to permit out-of-state peace officers to act within this state pursuant to agreements between state or local authorities, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Black asked and received unanimous consent that action on House File 2262 be deferred.
