BUSINESS PENDING Senate File 2333 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2333, a bill for an act relating to occupational hearing loss recovery, providing definitions, and providing for the apportionment and measurement of hearing loss, and amendment S-5256 by Senators Szymoniak, Redwine, and McLaren on March 16, 1998, to pages 3 and 5 of the bill, previously deferred. Senator Szymoniak moved the adoption of amendment S-5256. Amendment S-5256 was adopted by a voice vote.
