  Senate File 2320

  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2320 and
  amendment S-5195.

  Senator McKean moved the adoption of amendment S-5195 and
  requested a record roll call.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-5195 be adopted?" (S.F. 2320),
  the vote was:

  Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
  express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
