  Amendment S-5223 lost.

  Senator McLaren moved the adoption of amendment S-5213 by
  Senators McLaren and Black, to page 1 of the bill and page 1 of the
  title of the bill, previously deferred.

  Amendment S-5213 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Connolly asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5166 by Senators Flynn and Connolly to
  pages 1, 8, 11-13, and pages 1 and 2 of the title of the bill.

  Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5202 filed by him from the
  floor to pages 1 and 5 and page 1 of the title of the bill.

  QUORUM CALL

  Senator Black requested a non-record roll call to determine that a
  quorum was present.

  The vote revealed 45 present, 5 absent, and a quorum present.
