  On motion of Senator Deluhery, Senate File 2246, a bill for an act
  relating to utility cost reviews associated with a rate-regulated public
  utility's procurement of natural gas or fuel for use in generating
  electricity, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Deluhery asked and received unanimous consent that
  House File 2331 be substituted for Senate File 2246.

  House File 2331

  On motion of Senator Deluhery, House File 2331, a bill for an act
  relating to utility cost reviews associated with a rate-regulated public
  utility's procurement of natural gas or fuel for use in generating
  electricity, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Deluhery moved that the bill be read the last time now
  and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote,
  and the bill was read the last time.
