  Senator Harper offered amendment S-5083 filed by her from the
  floor to page 4 of the bill and moved its adoption.
  Amendment S-5083 lost by a voice vote.

  Senator Neuhauser offered amendment S-5075 filed by her from
  the floor to pages 5 and 6 of the bill.

  Senator Neuhauser asked and received unanimous consent that
  action on amendment S-5075 be deferred.

  Senator Kibbie offered amendment S-5077 filed by Senators
  Kibbie, et al., from the floor to pages 13 and 14 of the bill, moved its
  adoption, and requested a record roll call.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-5077 be adopted?" (S.F.
  2366) the vote was:

  Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
  express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
