  Final Bill Action:  SENATE FILE 367, a bill for an act relating to transfers
  of real
  property by providing that certain disclosures regarding psychologically
  impacted
  property are not required and by amending the definition of transfer.

  Recommendation:  DO PASS.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 12:  Jensen, Schuerer, Deluhery, Bartz, Douglas, Flynn,
  Gronstal,
  Hansen, King, Lundby, McCoy, and Redfern.  Nays, none.  Absent or not
  voting, 3:
  Maddox, Palmer, and Rife.

  Fiscal Note:  NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  ALSO:

  Final Bill Action:  SENATE FILE 2279 (SSB 2090), a bill for an act relating
  to
  authorized investments by insurance companies in obligations of foreign

  and foreign corporations.
