  applicability.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 12:  McKean, Maddox, Neuhauser, Boettger, Drake,
  Halvorson,
  Hammond, Harper, King, McKibben, Redfern, and Tinsman.  Nays, none.  Absent
  or
  not voting, 3:  Angelo, Fraise, and Hansen.

  Fiscal Note:  NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau reported
