SENATE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED Drake of Pottawattamie called up for consideration House File 2374, a bill for an act exempting sales made to and services performed for organ procurement organizations from the state sales, services, and use taxes, amended by the Senate, and moved that the House concur in the following Senate amendment H-9192:
